Exceptional value; top notch in the market for card readers

This card reader is unlike any other. It is extremely versatile, and while it accepts 8 different types of cards, it manages to do so with a well-designed 4 slots that each accept multiple types of cards. This is a versatile piece of equipment in a very small and very elegant package. I don't like extra pieces of bulky equipment sitting on my desk, but this is a great design that looks fine beside by monitor.

It lights up when a card is accepted, and I've never had any problems with it not reading a card on the first try. It assigns drive letters to each slot on my computer, and it's a breezey 5 second operation to read a card and copy the contents to my hard drive.

The was completely plug and play. I don't think I read any of the enclosed instructions or manual at all.

Exceptional value, elegant design, and above all, a functional product. Highly recommended.

Discontinued Model

Don't bother buying it since it is discontinued from the manufacturer. Plus, this doesn't work out of the box. Junk.

Quick, easy way to transfer photos to your CPU

I own one of the older Fuji FinePix cameras. Unfortunately, I misplaced the cable that connected the camera to the computer. And since it was an older model, I was having a hard time locating a cable that fit. So, in order to retrieve my photos from the media, I would take it into the store and have it placed on disc. Very inconvenient, and although relatively cheap to get it on disc, in would have well surpassed the 19 plus dollars that it costs to get this SanDisk.

Definitely worth it's weight in gold. Now I don't have to make those extra trips to the store, and I have access to my pictures rather quickly, which in-turn frees up space on my xD card once photos are transferred over.

This piece is very simple to use. Install the included software, and plug the unit into your USB cable. Easy as that!

Also, wanted to comment that I am very pleased with the service from J&R Music and Computer World. Item arrived quickly (2 days) and was packed professionally. You won't be disappointed.
